Who We Are:
We are a sports marketing agency operating in the NIL space. Creative Destruction was established in the fall of 2022 by our founder Mudiaga Okagbare. His passion for youth empowerment and a lifelong love for the game of basketball inspired the decision to form an agency that supports college athletes on and off the court.
Our agency helps collegiate athletes develop their personal brands and acquire NIL deals. We help our athletes navigate the NIL landscape and earn compensation for their unique talents, while developing business acumen as young professionals.
